Angelita and Miguel, our parents, were tireless their whole lives: they started with a small neighbourhood bar — the kind that lasts a lifetime — and from that humble corner they shaped a way of doing things that still guides us today.
From them we learned what truly matters: a job well done, sincere hospitality and the warmth with which you welcome whoever walks through the door. That way of understanding life is what we have wanted to bring to Heretat Casa Cordelles, and it lives on in every celebration we host.
In memory of them both, and with all our gratitude, we carry on. Above all, this house is a family story. And our greatest joy is to keep sharing it with yours.
